Network Group Inc. do not share, sell, or provide
customer’s information with any other company or
organization. We treat our customers as we would want to be treated.
All private information is given only to those
companies who need the information in relation to the
processing and shipping of the products ordered online via our website.
All related credit card transactions
are conducted over a secure server. In addition, when credit information is transmitted
it is done so in an encrypted format, thus protecting you
against any fraudulent use. Furthermore, with most credit card providers, your
liability is usually limited to a set amount, but may vary
according to your provider. All encrypted information is sent using an
industry-standard secure server. However, in the
unlikely event that your credit card is used by an unknown
party in a fraudulent manner, NewAirFilters.com and
Filtration Network Group will not be held responsible.
If there is a concern of such use, this should be taken up
with your credit card issuer.
By placing an order on our website, you
are giving us your consent for NewAirFilters.com and
Filtration Network Group Inc. to use your personal
information in accordance with our privacy
policy.

Payment/Sales
NewAirFilters.com accepts most credit card or debit card transactions.
All transactions, which are drawn in U.S. funds,
are final, with exception to our return policies.
Sales tax will be added and charged to all orders within the
state of Arizona. The sales tax amount is calculated per the state of Arizona
and the town of Fountain Hills requirements. Sales tax is applied to the total sales price of
the related order, or partial order.
It is not the policy of NewAirFilters.com to sell any
merchandise to any minor under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, please ask your
parent or legal guardian to place the order for you.

Shipping
We offer shipping to almost any address in the United
States and Canada. However, we reserve the right to deny
shipping to any address, at our discretion.
NewAirFilters.com will ship your order as soon as
possible, usually within 5 business days from actual
order. However, due to limited stocking by our suppliers,
orders may be delayed if we cannot receive your items.
Once we take delivery of the items, they will be sent
within 2 business days.
The actual time your order will take to reach you once
they are shipped, is dependant upon the carrier used. Most
orders will take 2 to 5 business days, depending on
delivery location.
However, please remember, you credit card will not be
billed until the order has been shipped. If we decide to ship a partial order, you will be billed for that
portion of the order shipped. When the remaining items of
the order are shipped, you will then be billed for that
portion of the order.
You will receive an email when your order is received by
us, and you will receive another email once your order, or
partial order, has been shipped.

Returns
If you are
dissatisfied with your order for any reason, or a mistake
has been made by NewAirFilters.com, please let us know
within 2 business days of receiving the order. If for some
reason a mistake has been made, please contact us via
email, thoroughly explaining the mistake made. We will
then reply, via email, on how to return your unused,
as-new items, for replacement.
If it appears your order
has been damaged during shipping and the item is damaged
beyond use, please contact us via email and we will give
you directions on how to proceed.
If the ordered items
are correctly shipped and received undamaged by the customer,
and the customer elects to return the item or items, the customer
will then be responsible for the return shipping cost and
10% restocking fee. Special order items are not returnable
and not subject to refunds.

Warranty
Warranty on all
merchandise is provided and limited to that items
original manufacturer. NewAirFilters.com nor Filtration
Network Group Inc. does not provide any warranty, standard
or extended, on any merchandise. For warranty on any
product sold, please refer to that individual
manufacturer.

trademarked by their respective manufacturers..
